We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our marketing. For personal data we process on behalf of clients during a paid engagement, we usually act as a data processor - see our GDPR & DPA page.

• Contact & quote requests: name, email, company, service of interest, and anything you tell us about your project.
• SEO checker: the website URL you submit and the email address you provide to receive the report.
• Correspondence: emails, messages and notes from calls or meetings.
• Technical & analytics data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, referrer and similar information from cookies and server logs.

3. Why we process your data (lawful bases)

• Contract: to respond to quote requests, deliver services and manage our relationship with you.
• Legitimate interests: to run and improve our website, the SEO checker, security, and our business in a way you would reasonably expect.
